Changing lives by granting educational scholarships and providing the most advanced helmet technology.
The purpose of the Elite All-State Foundation, PBC is to organize and promote athletic events whereby proceeds from operations will fund and provide educational scholarships and grants to 8-Man athletes and programs that participate in the events.
The Foundation strives to produce a positive effect on society by offering a diverse education scholarship program that benefits young athletes. The goal of The Foundation is to provide greater access to high-quality education which enables these honored athletes to pursue their academic and career aspirations after high school.
The signature event is Colorado's 8-Man All-State Game held in Black Hawk/Gilpin County on the Friday after Memorial Day.
