The Elite All-State Foundation, founded in 2019, is a non-profit organization in Colorado committed to the growth and development of small-town football programs. Our primary event, the 8-Man All-State Football Game, takes place at the Gilpin County Football Stadium in Black Hawk, showcasing the best in 8-Man football talent.
