About Us

The Elite All-State Foundation is a Colorado Not-For-Profit organization established in 2019 to promote small-town football programs. The Foundation organizes Colorado's 8-Man All-State Football Game played at Gilpin County's Football Stadium in Black Hawk.

The Foundation’s Goals

Grant Academic Scholarships to Top 8-Man Athletes
Provide Advanced Hi-Tech Helmets to 8-Man Football Programs
Promote the safety and benefits of tackle football
